new year was spent peacefully somewhere near esplanade, where the class celebrated national day during the very first year of poly! wanted to catch the fireworks pretty badly so there we go!
i prepared pasta with italian scallopini sauce, salad with loads of tomatoes, potato salad, oranges and apples! hahahas such a well planned picnic heh heh.

there was this really enthusiastic group of aunties + uncles who prepared so many small props for new year and they even shared with us. like glow stick, party poppers, party blowout and theye evened played with those old school bubble balls. hahahas

anyw, THE FIREWORKS WAS SO PRETTTTAAAYEEEE. i dont mind watching it again and again! but then it wont be special anymore hahas. i love the glitter glitter thingy, the sparkle sparkle thingy, that thingy that looks like its floating in the air. not like anyone understand but i dont care hahahahas

i rmbed sometime ago, funfun and i were talking abt 'blink a few times' and taadaa we will graduate from TP. now is beyond graduation, IT'S THE END OF 2011 !!!!! cliche, but TIME FLIES !!!!

funny how i moved on from this to that, that to another. i conclude that i can adapt to a new environment well!! actually, i dont know if you call this 'adapting to new environment well'. i'll always carry this mentality, which is 'JUST GET USED TO IT'. it works the best dont you think? why be sad/upset/grumpy/sad/very sad abt something you're not comfortable with? JUST.GET.USED.TO.IT. thats the best solution!! the sorrows will all go away yayyeee!

some may say this is equivalent to 'no backbone' but oh well, this is life. reality. FACE IT. nobody can get what they want and we have to be happy and contented with what we have!!! think of HAPPY TIMES and reduce (yes i use the word reduce becos i know at times, human still gota emo) the SAD TIMES!

been so long since i've blogged. blogging is (Y) as it allows me to recall what ive been doing in my life. what stupid things actually. you know, when you look back, you'll be like 'omg wth i was thinking at that point of time?'

i met PY and JL previously to watch 'you are the apple of my eye'. PY and JL are my colleagues from the admin job last time !!! yes we are that close. prolly cos PY is 21 and JL is 22. no age gap. we lame and crap ard tgt hahas.

managed to meet up with abi and zat too few days ago to eat lunch tgt !!!! :D somehow i feel that my time are well spent. meeting up with precious ppl i've not met for so long.

cant believe my 6 days of break is gona end and tmr is my first day of work in anew environment T.T
scared scared ): you know how it sucks to have a chg in enviornment and you have to fit into it?
anyw colleagues from ACRA were so sweet. im thankful for their small gifts even though i was just a 3 mth temp staff there. im gona miss talking nonsense with jaime and linette!!

oh yaaaaa, and i saw the A & F models erm.. 'displaying' themselves at town ytd. the body is (Y). but kinda poor thing uh, stand there the entire day, topless, and let girls (like me HAHA) ogle.

after much contemplation, ive decided to continue to blog !!!!

WHEEEPEEEEE. cos my language kinda sucks alr, if i dont continue to write (not like my kind of blogging is of any proper english actually HAHAS), i will prolly speak and write weird, poor, broken english. (it IS alr broken T-T)

anyw, ive been on strange diet to lose weight and day by day im losing my determination. sigh ):
this is so upsetting. i am not aneroxic !!!!! im only doing this for a short period when extreme guilt overwhelms me. and i'll be like 'why am i so fat ): *SOB HARD*' hahahhaas

i was starving like mad at 5pmish and i couldnt tahan so i ate a few sunflower seeds ): then i saw the nutrition facts section, O.O the caloriesssssssssss. i think i should have ate a few chips instead of sunflower seeds. zzzz hahahas

so i had soup and fish and LOTSA VEGE for dinner. (the diet was not suppose to have any proper food, but i cannot tahan la ):) just a few moments ago, my cousy brought their wedding cakes over. you know those normal wedding cake i dont really fancy? like butter cake, or marble cake, or walnut cake. cos i find them too dry. would only eat them for breakfast when theres nothing to eat.

i spent so much $$$ ytd my heart is still aching so much right now. but.. whahahahas.
did my hair ytd with yx! she permed while i rebonded. my hair is so flat now T.T i think yx looks good in her perm!!! went over to Gataomo at Far East Plaza which all of us always go to when we need a haircut recommended by germaine 1 or 2 years back?

and i have some mo ming de yuan fen with jenzson cos by right the promo we were doing, we cant choose who we wanna do it for us. and just nice, jenzson did it for me cos he was free at that time!! wahahas. i used to feel that letting a male stylist to cut my hair or even wash my hair is weird. but ppl at Gataomo is sooooo nice that i dont mind and im so used to it! had lots to talk to jenzson and he even gave me hair lessons hahahas. we sat there for abt 3hrs plus doing our hair? HAPPY!! went to shop shop and spent even more money after that.

okay update on my life, i got rejected my unis (LIFE IS SO SAD).. hahahas but ive thought about it, kan kai alr and think that its alright! (: need to find a proper job soon!

life s been treating me well enough that i dont complain as much. prolly only 'im tired' and thats due to lack of sleep!!

i rmbed going tm / bedok inter with maameee and shyen. i rmbed going chinatown with yx and hueymin, eating TOMATO EXPRESS (shall stick to agio olio next time). i rmbed going golden mile / bugis street with funfun and yx. then somehow germaine appeared on vesak day and she wanted to meet and so we went to sing k!!! funfun spent $8 watching 'youtube' hahahas watching all the music videos. i rmbed i reached home at aprrox 1.00am that day when i have work next day O.O but.. as said. IT WAS FRUITFUL :D

i have 2 new colleagues !!! (once again) i shld stop updating that i have new colleagues cos they leave so fast HAHHAHAS. Lynn s been working with me for abt 1 week? anywww, saturday went over to Marina Square to celebrate Mothers' Day with both my sissies, bro in law and mummy. walked ard, bought stuff, had dinner at Manhanttan! I HAD PRAWNNSSS!! hwhahahahas. & dinner was on er jie !

SUNDAY was out with mummy to Marina Square to exchg my shoes. cos i was stupid enough the day before. i asked for a new pair and the staff did gave me a new pair and so i checked if theres any defects, BUT I FORGOT TO CHECK THE SIZE -.- i trusted her in giving me the right size la hahahas. yea so while i went to chg shoes mummy had coffee (carrying my niece) at Starbucks. OH and i saw ZT when i was walking to marina square!!! did i mention that i had eskimo heeeeheeeheeee

then we went over to vivo to find da jie and bro in law! it was milkmilk time for baby yuki and stupid vivo so big, SO DIFFICULT TO FIND NURSING ROOM. so i randomly went in a maternity/kiddy/children shop to ask wheres the nursing room. and the staff replied me ' dont have '. my mum and i decided to just sit outside the playground and feed yuki. then merishah called me. AND GUESS WHAT!! i actually went in the shop that she was working at!!!!! hahahas DAMN COINCIDENTAL! so i went to find her after that :D

dinner at Earle Swensen and it was on me ): (money fly fly) since er jie paid ytd, dajie paid for mummy's health supplements, i shld pay sth right. I ATE SO MUCH SALADDDDD think im gona shit waterfall tmr. HAHAHAHS.

i feel really sorry for the 14 year-old girl who fell and broke both of her legs at AMK mrt station ): had a shock of my life when i saw the news on fb, then i went out reading the newspaper article. poor thing!!!!!!

finally i was busy during the weekends!

took up this flyers job from my sissy's friend Joy for some Rock Climbing Event organised by NUS at Marina Square from fri to sun! the event was like *open mouth* woaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh. i really admire those rock climbers. they climb freely okay! without any.. you know the strings or whatever you call that la. worked for 3 days with Cheng Yee for this shop:

got to know a few ppl there. and even the Earth Hour/WWF staff who was promoting Earth Hour in the mall -.- hahahahas. cos we were sort of doing charity work for Earth Hour too!
everyday we enjoy. cos the lady boss is soo niceeeeee. it's a very slack job la seriously. and everyday CY and i eat eat eat. fri we had,.. Chicking (some new fried chicken outlet), sat we had Just Acia. i like to play with their ice cream machineeeeee :P free flow of ice cream btw with every set meal HAHAHS. and as for today, since both of us were pretty full, we walked over to Esplanade Exchg and had ESKIMO PUDDING MILK TEA and Polar's sugar roll! THE PUDDING WAS SOO YUUMMMMMMYYYY. must try must try !!!!!

lady boss even let us off 1h+/- off today cos we finished giving out all the flyers and asked if we wanna work part time or events for them next time! how niceeeee!!

went Jurong East Sports Hall ytd for National Cheerleading Championships to support my sister!
so faarrrr laaz, thank god my father fetched us there. i think it's my 2nd time there. 1st time was to support HSC Volleyball team for nationals too!

great performances! the participants were.... DAEBAAKK! but i guess the whole event was delayed or sth? and there were so much 'buffer time' in between each segments which.. kinds of bore us.. thats why we started taking pictures!

after many tries.. cos this woman kept blinking.

OH AND I WENT PRAWNING FOR THE FIRST TIME !!!!
it was so fuuuuuun la, the first hr was like, 'OMG, NO CATCH!' but subsequently it got better..

as i was so freaking bored today (yes every other schooless day it's like this), i've decided to do sth!

'SWEEET POTATO'
been crazy abt sweet potatoes the past few weeks. not becos of the goguma couple (yonghwa and seohyun) i swear. but becos of...

they have the bestttttttttttttttttttt sweet potato there and it's only $2, which makes me a happy customer :D introed by yx! ever since then, whenever i'm at bugis i would sooooo buy it!

bought japanese sweet potatoes the other day from the market and here i am preparing it!

thats a bit too much for me to eat la, so i only picked the 2 smallest sweet potatoes.

after watching tonnes of vids (yes im really bored la, trying to dig some things to do) and this is the most common seasoning! salt + black pepper + butter!

the real story actually begins here. so i decided to microwave it cos my oven was kept at some corner and i was too lazy to take it out. and in order to ensure that the sweet potatoes will not lose its moisture, i put it in a pot! there i go, putting it in the microwave timing it at 10 mins.
thinking that i will be standing in front of the microwave monitoring my sweet potatoes.

then..... my lappie was too addictive so i decided to go 'touch touch' it, followed by my cute lil niece making some weird noise in the room, so i decided to go play with her :D

it's the most AWESOMEEEEEEEEE internship i must say, even tho they're ups and downs, but theres more ups than downs!! :D

the reason for :'( is of course i'm so gona miss everyone and everything i do everyday here for 6 months. i adore preparing flights!!!!!
& the most rewarding thing abt working in the airport is..
helping others to gain that smile from passenger and that contentment for doing all i can in helping.

on actual day, met up with my awesomes (minus liying) for k!

initially i was told to meet at clarke quay so i went, then my phone got a bit.. sot sot.

couldnt call out or anything. so i walked ard Central, looking for toilet.

then i felt abit strange and off/on my phone

when i tried calling them again, they said they texted me and said met at marina square!! then suddenly the text came in saying to meet at marina square -.- HAHAS

k then i went on the marina square. they told me they were in Xin Wang Cafe

confidently i walked INTO Xin Wang TAIWAN Cafe, even did some hand signals thingy to the waitress/waiters with ppl staring at me, then huiyi said 'we're inside inside, the round tables area!!'

so i stared ard for a moment, alamak, THE WHOLE AREA ONLY GOT RECTANGULAR TABLES. paiseh alr, faster got out of the restaurant and they told me they're in Xin Wang HONGKONG Cafe.

what a day.. hhahahas

thank god the next day of work i'm on night shift!

so i went into the office, saw nuraini in the office i was like ???? MMMMM

(sth must have happened cos she was on morning shift if not she would not stay till this late)

while nuraini was explaining to others what happened during her flight, why she had to stay to the other night shift staff (they were talking in malay), i was trying hard to understand what she's talking abt.

so the story was, some dog died during flight(cargo) and pax was very upset and shes waiting for the pax to come over and collect the dog.

nuraini's acting (Y) while she was describing the situation and stuff abt the dog

then lili asked, omg, then wheres the dog!!

nuraini: in the office, hassan's room (with this sad face which is DAMN convincing)

SUDDENLY THERE WAS THIS DOG SOFT CRyING/WHINING sound!

i was so scared okayyy, cos that thing lying on the carpet was so damn bloody big for a dog.

i asked if its in a cage, she said no, then all the more i scared sia.

after indy's assault, i very very scared of big dogs alr. lols

first night i could barely sleep cos i din wanna force myself in the bed with the girls cos im afraid i'll wake them up so i slept on the floor but it was hell uncomfortable.
so i woke up SOO MANYYY times, walking ard the room, went downstairs to close windows close curtains.

second night, decided to be a pig. cosss. i dont wanna feel ^&(#^$#*$% the next morning with my throat like that. slept for 5 hours :D
